Thank you for shopping at ARackAbove.com. Below is our shipping policy for all orders placed through our website.

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

Orders are prepared for shipment on Friday and shipped the following Monday (unless a holiday). Orders placed after Friday ship the following Monday.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using commercial LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carriers. After your order ships, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule and coordinate delivery.

Standard delivery times within the continental U.S. are:

  • Residential deliveries: 5–10 business days after shipping
  • Commercial deliveries: 5–8 business days after shipping
  • Rural or remote areas may require additional delivery time

Freight Delivery Requirements

Residential delivery is curbside delivery. The driver will deliver the product to the curb or driveway at your address.

  • You (or someone 18 or older) must be available to inspect and sign for the delivery.
  • Please inspect the packaging upon delivery.
  • If any items are damaged (such as aluminum tubes), note the damage with the driver and contact us immediately at admin@arackabove.com or 407-474-1214.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses in the continental United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send shipment details or a tracking number via email when available from the freight carrier.
